The perfect time to be napping
under Christmas trees.
Resting.
Giving the body what it needs.
Listening and responding.
Learning with her.
Some days we will conquer the world with energy and grit.
The next, all we will need is hot chocolate and a place to lie down.
So we can conquer again.

Oh this looks so cosy and gorgeous! I want to nap under our Christmas tree! Wise words too, some days are full of energy, but some need to be quiet. I am still trying to find the right balance without feeling guilty for the need for quieter days. x
